Executive Summary
I practice in the areas of Administrative Law, Estate Law (Will preparation and Probate applications) and Employment Law. I have sat as counsel to and have appeared before Municipal Subdivision & Development Appeal Boards. I am external general counsel to a number of organizations and advise their leadership on policy development and enforcement as well as general legal matters. On estate matters, I advise clients on issues arising before and after Probate with an emphasis on reducing the risk of litigation. I continue to advise and represent employers on Human Rights Complaints, Employment Standards Complaints and issues arising as a result of lay-offs or termination.
