New Lawyer – Joe Rattan

Warren Sinclair is pleased to announce that Joe Rattan has joined the firm effective January 14, 2020. Joe’s practice focuses on corporate law, with an emphasis on capital markets, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Joe has experience assisting private companies in corporate finance and going public transactions, and advising public companies in respect of continuous disclosure requirements and corporate governance matters. He also routinely provides practical and timely corporate and commercial advice to clients for all of their business law needs. Joe was born and raised in Red Deer before leaving to attend university, and was very active in sports and his local community growing up. Prior to joining Warren Sinclair, Joe practiced in Calgary for both a boutique business and tax law firm and a full-service national law firm
