Dallin Higham

Executive Summary
Born and raised in Red Deer, Dallin studied at the University of Alberta, where he became the top undergraduate student in both the Honours English and Honours History programs – and was published in the academic history journal, Constellations. After three years of undergraduate work, he attended law school at the University of Alberta, where he achieved first class standing and received several academic scholarships and awards.
Dallin is a dedicated and pragmatic civil litigator assisting clients in the areas of employment law, corporate and commercial disputes, debt collection, commercial and residential tenancy matters, construction litigation, wills and estate planning and litigation, and general disputes.
Outside of work, he enjoys studying languages (French and Korean), playing and following sports, travelling, collecting Lost Generation books, and spending time with his wife and children.
